Welcome to Galaxy Academy! My name is Iyana Cook and I'm from Gary, Indiana with the ambition to be a successful entrepreneur. Growing up I always loved doing hair and in elementary school I began to manifest that passion by practicing on family and friends. I knew that I wanted to pursue this passion further so I committed myself to cosmetology school and learned more and more about the industry. Doing hair became more than a service to me, it became a way to empire build. With that in mind, I added products to my brand and created Blessed Hands.

My grandfather always told me “the sky is the limit” and that has led me here to Galaxy Academy. My mission here is to use my ambition and dedication to reach success, while inspiring others through my story and teaching them what I have learned. This is my first step on the path to becoming a successful entrepreneur, and I’m excited to share all that I will learn!
